This one is Norse - it's a Triskellion, you see it everywhere from the Isle of Man Flag, to the South Afrikan Boer AWB to The Ultimate Avengers.
It's also a 777, the Perfect Number of The Christ, raised to the Third Power.
These are Celtic.
The Celts were Black.
Although, I concede, the person in this picture likely does not know that.
This may or may not be photoshopped - either way, it doesn't really look quite right.
And the T-Shirt is brand new and never been washed.
