Propaganda Due (P2)

And GLADIO makes three.

"Next to the CPC (Clandestine Planning Committee), a second secret army command center, labeled Allied Clandestine Committee (ACC), was set up in 1957 on the orders of NATO's Supreme Allied Commander in Europe (SACEUR).

This military structure provided for significant US leverage over the secret stay-behind networks in Western Europe as the SACEUR, throughout NATO's history, has traditionally been a US General who reports to the Pentagon in Washington and is based in NATO's Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) in Mons, Belgium.

The ACC's duties included elaborating on the directives of the network, developing its clandestine capability, and organizing bases in Britain and the United States. In wartime, it was to plan stay-behind operations in conjunction with SHAPE. According to former CIA director William Colby, it was 'a major program'.

Coordinated by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), {the secret armies} were run by the European military secret services in close cooperation with the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the British foreign secret service Secret Intelligence Service (SIS, also MI6).

Trained together with US Green Berets and British Special Air Service (SAS), these clandestine NATO soldiers, armed with underground arms-caches, prepared against a potential Soviet invasion and occupation of Western Europe, as well as the coming to power of communist parties.

The clandestine international network covered the European NATO membership, including Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and Turkey, as well as the neutral European countries of Austria, Finland, Sweden and Switzerland."

"Prudent Precaution or Source of Terror?" the international press pointedly asked when the secret stay-behind armies of NATO were discovered across Western Europe in late 1990. After more than ten years of research, the answer is now clear: both. The overview above shows that based on the experiences of World War II, all countries of Western Europe, with the support of NATO, the CIA, and MI6, had set up stay-behind armies as precaution against a potential Soviet invasion.

While the safety networks and the integrity of the majority of the secret soldiers should not be criticized in hindsight after the collapse of the Soviet Union, very disturbing questions do arise with respect to reported links to terrorism.

There exist large differences among the European countries, and each case must be analyzed individually in further detail. As of now, the evidence suggests the secret armies in the seven countries, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Austria, and the Netherlands, focused exclusively on their stay-behind function and were not linked to terrorism.

However, links to terrorism have been either confirmed or claimed in the nine countries, Italy, Ireland, Turkey, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and Sweden, demanding further investigation."

"On the eve of the 1980 Bologna bombing anniversary, Liberato [sic] Mancuso, the Bologna judge who had led the investigation and secured the initial convictions [of the Bologna bombers] broke six months of silence:

"It is now understood among those engaged in the matter of democratic rights that we are isolated, and the objects of a campaign of aggression. This is what has happened to the commission into the P2, and to the magistrates.

The personal risks to us are small in comparison to this offensive of denigration, which attempts to discredit the quest for truth. In Italy there has functioned for some years now a sort of conditioning, a control of our national sovereignty by the P2 – which was literally the master of the secret services, the army and our most delicate organs of state.""

Franklin: The Secret History of the Pedophocracy

In late 2003, Troy Boner walked into a hospital in New Mexico screaming, "they're after me, they're after me because of this book."

The book Troy was waving was this book, The Franklin Cover-Up. Boner was "... mildly sedated and calmed down ... and put in a private room for 'observation.'"

When nurses came to check on him early next morning, Boner was sitting in a chair, bleeding from the mouth and quite dead.

"What you have to understand, John, is that sometimes there are forces and events too big, too powerful, with so much at stake for other people or institutions, that you cannot do anything about them, no matter how evil or wrong they are and no matter how dedicated or sincere you are or how much evidence you have.

That is simply one of the hard facts of life you have to face.

You have done your part.

You have tried to expose the evil and wrongdoing.

It has hurt you terribly.

But it has not killed you up to this point.

I am telling you, get out of this before it does.

Sometimes things are just too big for us to deal with, and we have to step aside and let history take its course.

For you, John, this is one of those times."
Former Director of Central Intelligence,
(1973-1976)
William E. Colby

"Yorkshire Television of the United Kingdom produced a documentary, Conspiracy of Silence, to be shown on the Discovery Channel, but the Discovery Channel pulled the plug before it was finished. One of the most noteworthy aspects of the documentary is an interview with former CIA Director (1973-1976) William Colby.

Colby directed the CIA’s Phoenix program in South Vietnam from 1968 to 1971, and Captain John DeCamp had been one of Colby’s Phoenix subordinates. Colby developed a paternal affection for the brash, young Nebraskan, and the two remained very close until the latter’s death. DeCamp introduced Colby to Senator Schmit, and Schmit wanted to hire Colby as the Franklin Committee’s initial investigator, but his fellow senators on the committee shot down the appointment. Because of rumors concerning King’s affiliation with the CIA and Franklin monies being diverted to the Nicaraguan Contras, they feared Colby might be part on an ongoing cover-up of King’s activities.

After Caradori’s plane crash, however, the Franklin Committee embraced Colby: He was hired by the Franklin Committee to investigate Gary Caradori’s death, but he couldn’t provide a definitive explanation for the plane crash, writing to Senator Schmit, “I only regret that we were not able to penetrate more effectively the clouds of confusion and contradiction that have surrounded this whole case.”

Though many conspiracy theorists have posited that King was connected to the CIA, Colby never broached the subject in Conspiracy of Silence. He did say, however, that pursuing the allegations could entail “danger,” and he promised to submit the subcommittee’s child abuse allegations to the US Attorney General.

Two years after that interview, in the spring of 1996, Colby went missing for eight days. His body was found floating in Maryland’s Wicomico River. The medical examiner surmised that the 76-year-old Colby, who was in poor health, had opted to go canoeing by himself on a cold, blustery day in April and had fallen out of his canoe as the result of a heart attack or stroke.

According to DeCamp, Colby disclosed to him that King’s pedophilic pandering was linked to the CIA. DeCamp told me that Colby, a devout Catholic, had become disillusioned with the CIA’s use of children for sinister agendas and was determined to put a stop to it. If what DeCamp says is true, then perhaps Colby’s appearance on Conspiracy of Silence and his giving the Franklin allegations to the US Attorney General was his first salvo in a crusade to expose an evil enterprise. Colby was certainly in a position to be the man who knew too much, and his rather enigmatic death deprives us of that knowledge.

Yorkshire Television also interviewed Paul Rodriguez, a reporter for the Washington Times, who had talked to Caradori several times while investigating the skin trade in the capital. “One of the angles I was pursuing in our prostitution investigation were allegations that children were involved,” says Rodriguez. “One of the names that came across our radar was Larry King, which very quickly led us to Caradori’s investigation. Caradori’s investigation initially focused on the homegrown abuse of minors, but he said the underground network that he was investigating was far larger than he ever anticipated.”

The Washington Times’ Rodriguez did some serious investigative reporting on DC prostitution—his work was nominated for a Pulitzer. As he ventured deeper into prostitution among the powerful, he kept running into the name of Craig Spence, a registered lobbyist and Republican “powerbroker.”

“I had been told by several prostitutes along with law enforcement that there were connections between Craig Spence and Larry King,” says Rodriguez. “I never pursued those connections, because I was overcome with considerable local material that I had to ferret out. The allegations were that Spence and King hosted blackmail sex parties that included minors.”

The New York Times described Spence’s taste in fashion as “Edwardian dandy.” He had a penchant for capes, stretch limos, and brawny bodyguards. Spence has also been described as DC’s version of Jay Gatsby, for his enigmatic personality and the extravagant parties he threw at his Victorian mansion in the upscale Kalorama neighborhood. Senior members of the Reagan and Bush administrations, ambassadors, senators, and congressmen all attended, including high-level CIA officials William Casey and Ray Cline.

The Washington Times reported that Spence spent $20,000 a month on prostitutes for himself and his associates, and that he had the juice to arrange midnight tours of the White House for himself, his friends, and the “call boys” whose services he leased. Paul Bonacci told Yorkshire Television that he was one of the “call boys” who took a midnight tour, and corroborated that King and Spence were partners in pedophiliac pandering. Rusty Nelson also spoke to me about the partnership of King and Spence.

A June 30, 1989 Washington Times article, “Power Broker Served Drugs, Sex At Parties Bugged for Blackmail,” revealed that audio and video recording devices were hidden in Spence’s home, and discussed his penchant for blackmail. A month later another article reported that Spence used sexually compromising photographs taken in his home to blackmail an associate.

Spence even told the Washington Times that his home had been bugged by “friendly" intelligence agents, and he continually dropped hints to friends and colleagues that he was freelancing for the CIA. The CIA denied this, but the Washington Times confirmed that Spence was a CIA asset. “We had sources disclose that Spence wasn’t a direct employee,” says Rodriguez. “But he did carry out services for the agency.”

Spence’s parties had two tiers of guests: the squares, who left at a certain hour; and the serious customers, who stuck around for the drugs and hookers. The hookers mostly came from an escort service run by Henry Vinson. After nearly a year of overtures, Vinson consented to an interview with me in December of 2003. He’d left Washington, DC and moved to West Virginia, becoming the proprietor of a successful and legitimate business.

“I visited Spence’s home on many occasions and saw all his blackmail equipment,” Vinson told me. “King and Spence transported children all over the country. They both talked about bringing the boys in from Boys Town, and they arranged for influential people in Washington to be flown to the Midwest to meet these kids. But they preferred to have the pedophiliac parties at Spence’s home, because of the blackmail equipment.”

While King was detained in Minnesota, Vinson was the focus of an investigation launched by the Secret Service and the US Department of Justice, which resulted in a 43-count indictment that included violations of the Mann Act, money laundering, and racketeering. Vinson was already looking at thirty years and a $500,000 fine, but the Assistant US Attorney for the District of Columbia filed a memorandum requesting that Vinson receive an extremely punitive sentence because his escort service hadn’t screened for HIV. Image

“They were trying to force my silence, and they got it,” says Vinson. “My plea agreement was for 63 months, and I agreed not to be interviewed by the media in exchange for that minimal sentence.”

Though the US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Jay Stephens, identified Vinson’s enterprise as the largest male escort service in DC, only Vinson and three accomplices were arraigned for crimes related to prostitution. Vinson claims that he told federal authorities about the Washington luminaries who used his escort service, but Stephens said that the investigation hadn’t revealed Vinson’s patrons to be affiliated “with any political or military organization,” except for the federal employees whose names had already been made public. “Everything about the government’s investigation was a lie,” says Vinson. Henry | Audio Clip Three

The Washington Times obtained hundreds of credit card receipts, canceled checks, and a list of Vinson’s clients, which indicate that US congressmen patronized Vinson’s escort service. This corroborates Vinson’s account, not the government’s. Vinson also says that he informed federal authorities about the pedophile ring allegedly operated by King and Spence, and that Spence had disclosed that their enterprise was affiliated with the CIA. All of his statements to federal authorities are, however, unavailable. Image

“I’ve been told that over 25,000 documents were sealed,” says reporter Rodriguez. “We’ve attempted to unseal those documents on two occasions, but were rebuffed. We’ve been told, ‘It will be a cold day in hell’ before those documents are ever unsealed.”

In November 1989, Craig Spence’s body was found in a room at Boston’s Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Next to it, on the bed, was a newspaper clipping about then-CIA Director William Webster attempting to protect CIA agents summoned to testify before government bodies. The Washington Post reported that Spence had been subpoenaed by the grand jury investigating Vinson. His death was ruled a suicide.

Like Colby, Spence undoubtedly took a number of secrets to his grave."

Savile's Papal Knighthood

The Pontifical Equestrian Order of St. Gregory the Great (LatinOrdo Sancti Gregorii MagniItalianOrdine di San Gregorio Magno), was established on 1 September 1831, by Pope Gregory XVI, seven months after his election.

It is one of the five orders of knighthood of the Holy See. The order is bestowed on Catholic men and women (and in rare cases, non-Catholic men) in recognition of their personal service to the Holy See and the Church, unusual labours, support of the Holy See, and the good example set in their communities and country.

The Order has four classes in civil and military divisions:

  • Knight/Dame Grand Cross of the First Class (GCSG/DCSG)
  • Knight/Dame Commander with Star (KC*SG/DC*SG)
  • Knight/Dame Commander (KCSG/DCSG)
  • Knight/Dame (KSG/DSG)

Its motto is Pro Deo et Principe (For God and Prince).

The inaugural brief states, in part, that "gentlemen of proven loyalty to the Holy See who, by reason of their nobility of birth and the renown of their deeds or the degree of their munificence, are deemed worthy to be honoured by a public expression of esteem on the part of the Holy See".The end of the brief states that they must progressively maintain, by continued meritorious deed, the reputation and trust they had already inspired, and prove themselves worthy of the honour that had been conferred on them, by unswerving fidelity to God and to the sovereign Pontiff.

This honour has no particular obligations to the Church, except for the general ones stated above.

Pope Honors Rupert Murdoch, Roy Disney, Bob Hope

Pope John Paul II has awarded papal knighthood to comedian Bob Hope, news magnate Rupert Murdoch and entertainment executive Roy Disney--all non-Catholics--along with 64 prominent Los Angeles-area Catholics.

Among the Catholics named were actor Ricardo Montalban, longtime Los Angeles City Councilman John Ferraro and hotel executive Barron Hilton.

Cardinal Roger M. Mahony will induct the men and women into the Pontifical Order of St. Gregory the Great in a ceremony Jan. 11 at St. Francis de Sales Church in Sherman Oaks.

The pope bestows the titles on people of "unblemished character," including non-Catholics, who have "promoted the interests of society, the [Catholic] Church and the Holy See [Vatican]," said Father Gregory Coiro, spokesman for the Los Angeles Catholic Archdiocese.

Hope, Murdoch and Disney all have Catholic wives, who were named Dames of St. Gregory, the female equivalent of a knighthood.

All have contributed heavily to church institutions, though no figures were made public. Bob and Dolores Hope, for instance, have donated to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, Coiro said.

Roy Disney, who heads the animation division of Walt Disney Co., and his wife, Patricia, are supporters of the church's plans for a new cathedral in Los Angeles. Murdoch, who has agreed to purchase the Los Angeles Dodgers, and his wife, Anna, have supported the Archdiocesan Education Foundation and other Catholic causes, according to Coiro.

"I was quite surprised," said Ferraro, a longtime member of St. Brendan Parish, near Hancock Park, who was unaware that Mahony had submitted his name to the pope. "It's certainly not deserved, even shocking that a City Council member would be honored."

The titles are strictly honorary. They entail neither duties nor ceremonial uniforms.

"Does it mean they get a higher place in heaven?" said Msgr. Francis J. Weber, the archdiocese's historian based at San Fernando Mission. "I don't know, probably not."

In addition to big donors and celebrities, the titles of Knight Commander or Dame of St. Gregory are being given to Catholics who have donated time and talent to church work among Korean, Filipino, Vietnamese, African American and other ethnic communities.

The only ordained recipient is Aloysius Caffrey, 77, a longtime deacon who headed the CIA office in Los Angeles before retiring.

"He's on the road constantly to deliver donated food to AIDS hospices and needy organizations," said Msgr. William Leser, pastor at St. Jude Parish in Westlake Village. Another honoree in that parish is Geraldine Frawley, publisher of the National Catholic Register and Twin Circle Catholic newspapers until they were sold two years ago.

"Cardinal Mahony is very aware of the contributions to church work that people make and tries to acknowledge that in many ways," Weber said. In addition to his annual Cardinal's Awards and other tributes to the laity, "whenever he goes to say Mass, if there are altar boys and girls, he gives them each keepsake medals," Weber said.

Mahony was on vacation this week and the archdiocesan headquarters was closed for the holidays.

The 67 new knighthoods represent a sudden increase in the rate of awards for Los Angeles-area Catholics. Since 1921, when Joseph Scott, a prominent civic and political figure of that period, became the first Los Angeles resident so honored, only 142 knighthoods had been granted locally, an average of fewer than two per year.

It was Mahony who petitioned the pope to admit women to the order for the first time, and in 1994 he nominated 10 local women who became the first dames, according to Weber.

With more than 3.6 million Catholics, "Los Angeles is the largest archdiocese in the United States and has many contributors to the church," said Weber when asked to suggest reasons for the favorable papal responses to Los Angeles nominees.

William Close, who attends a La Canada Flintridge parish, "is financial chairman for the new cathedral project, and in that volunteer role is spending virtually full time on the project," said Weber.

Close and five other Catholic men on the list were already members of the order, but they are being given an ecclesiastical promotion of sorts, to "knight commander with star."

Others with that higher rank will include Bob Hope; Wilfred Von der Ahe, of a North Hollywood parish, one of the founders of Vons supermarkets; and Cyril C. Nigg, a Beverly Hills philanthropist. Nigg's wife, Josephine Wayne Nigg, first wife of actor John Wayne, will also enter the order Jan. 11.

Mahony will induct the large group during an afternoon Mass at the Sherman Oaks parish with a dinner following at the Sheraton Universal Hotel.

Among the 67 men and women being inducted into the Pontifical Order of St. Gregory the Great are comedian Bob Hope, entertainment executive Roy Disney and news magnet Rupert Murdoch.

The History of Papal Knighthoods

OVERVIEW OF THE PONTIFICIAL ORDERS OF KNIGHTHOOD OF THE HOLY SEE

The Papal Equestrian Orders as represented in Great Britain today are not as many believe the direct descendants of medieval Orders of Chivalry but are, in their present form, of comparatively recent origin. They nevertheless represent one of the highest and most prestigious distinctions which the Pope, as Supreme Pontiff and Head of the Roman Catholic Church and as Sovereign of the Vatican City State, can bestow on an individual. Such awards are made to lay men and women of the Catholic faith as well as to those of other Christian denominations and other faiths in recognition of their pre-eminent service offered to their faith, community, or the work of the Holy See on a local, national and international level. The majority of recipients are Roman Catholic although within Great Britain are knights and dames who are Protestants, Muslims and Jews.

Currently, the Pontifical Orders of Knighthood of the Holy See are as follows:

  1. The Supreme Order of Christ
  2. The Pontifical Order of the Golden Spur
  3. The Pontifical Order of Pius IX
  4. The Pontifical Order of Saint Gregory the Great
  5. The Pontifical Order of Pope Saint Sylvester

Admission to the Supreme Order of Christ, the Pontifical Order of the Golden Spur and the Collar of the Pontifical Order of Pius IX are reserved solely for reigning Sovereigns and Heads of State.  They are very rarely bestowed and only then during significant state and official visits made to the Vatican City by foreign dignitaries or during a state, official or pastoral visit made by the Supreme Pontiff to foreign country.

The Supreme Order of Christ can only be bestowed on Heads of State professing the Roman Catholic faith. Among previous recipients were HE President Charles de Gaulle of the French Republic, HE President Antonio Segni of the Italian Republic, President Eamon de Valera of Ireland and German Federal Chancellor Dr Konrad Adenauer.

The last award of the Supreme Order of Christ was made by His late Holiness Pope John Paul II in 1987 to HMEH Frà Angelo de Mojana, 77th Prince and Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. With his death one year later, and the subsequent death of fellow recipient, HM King Baudouin of the Belgians in 1993, there are no living holders of the Order of Christ today.

It is considered by some that the failure to award this decoration since 1993 may well indicate that this Order has been placed in abeyance by the Holy See preferring instead to bestow the Collar of the Order of Pius IX.

The Pontifical Order of the Golden Spur which HSH Prince Rainier III of Monaco, HE President Theodor Heuss of West Germany, HM King Frederick IX of Denmark and HIM Shah Mohammed Reza Pahlavi of Iran were among its past recipients, has also not been bestowed for a number of years. HRH Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg is among those living recipients of this award.

The Pontifical Order of Pius IX is the most senior active Pontifical Order in use today. Its highest grades in general terms are reserved for Sovereigns and Heads of State, its middle ranks to those such as senior diplomats accredited to the Holy See. Previous recipients include the late HM King Olav V of Norway and HM King Gustav VI Adolf of Sweden.

Recipients of the higher ranks include HM King Juan Carlos I of Spain (left), HM Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, and the late Frà Andrew Bertie, Prince and Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. In Britain, members included the late Lord Hunt of Tanworth and the late Miles, Duke of Norfolk, who held the rank of Knight Grand Cross of the Order.

In Great Britain, much like the rest of the world, the majority of Papal Knights and Dames belong to the Pontifical Order of Saint Gregory the Great although an increasing number have been awarded the Pontifical Order of Pope Saint Sylvester.

Among recipients of the Order of Saint Gregory are the former German Federal Chancellor Helmut Kohl. Past British recipients included British Ambassador Sir Ashley Clarke, leading Catholic layman Sir Harold Hood and Lord Lovat. Current Association members include, Lord Clarke of Hampstead, Baroness Hooper, Lord Mark Fitzalan Howard, General Sir Richard Lawson, interfaith leader Sir Sigmund Sternberg, Lord Nolan, Baroness Masham of Ilton, former Northern Ireland Secretary Paul Murphy MP, Field Marshal The Lord Guthrie of Craigiebank and Lord Alton of Liverpool.

Among recipients of the Order of Pope Saint Sylvester are former Maltese Prime Minister George Borg Olivier, Prince Karl August von Thurn und Taxi, entertainer Bob Hope, KBE, Archduke Otto von Habsburg, MEP, and Italian politician Sergio Berlinguer. In Great Britain, association members include businessman John Studzinski and interfaith campaigners HE Anthony Bailey, Professor David Khalili and Mahmoud Khayami.

Although the Pontifical Orders of Knighthood were founded for, and remained the prerogative of gentlemen, in November 1993, the Papal Secretariat of State issued instructions, that the Orders of Pius IX, Saint Gregory the Great and of Pope Saint Sylvester were now open to ladies, with three ranks: Dame, Dame Commander and Dame Grand Cross.

Procedure of admission to a Pontifical Order of Knighthood in Great Britain

In Great Britain, there are currently no known living recipients of the Pontifical Orders of Christ, the Golden Spur and of Pius IX. Admission to the Pontifical Orders today are therefore proposed to the Pontifical Orders of Saint Gregory the Great and Pope Saint Sylvester (right). There are three usual ways of admission to a Pontifical Order.

  1. Directly by order of His Holiness The Pope or by him on advice of the Secretary of State of the Vatican City State.

  2. By proposal of HE The Apostolic Nuncio to the Court of St James’s or his counterparts internationally (as the most senior diplomatic representative of the Supreme Pontiff).

  3. By proposal of a Cardinal, Archbishop or Bishop Ordinary of a Diocese within Great Britain or internationally.

In the vast majority of cases, the recommendation is made by the Cardinal, Archbishop or Bishop Ordinary of a diocese, who if he sees fit and deems the candidate worthy enough of further consideration for such a honour, forwards the application with a detailed biography and reasons for the award to HE The Apostolic Nuncio for further consideration. Approved nominations are then forwarded by the Apostolic Nunciature to the Secretariat of State within the Vatican City State.

Following further detailed consideration of the nomination, approved candidates are then formally submitted by the Secretary of State to His Holiness The Pope for final approval, which if granted, a “biglietto” or brief of appointment is drawn up which is then signed by the Secretary of State of the Vatican City State (left) and duly dated and sealed. This is then returned through the Holy See’s diplomatic mission – the Apostolic Nunciature - to the Cardinal, Archbishop or Bishop who made the initial submission and who in turn notifies the candidate of the Pope’s decision to award such an honour and will usually present it, sometimes with the appropriate insignia, at a ceremony which may be either public or private.

On occasions candidates born or living in Great Britain have been nominated directly by the Holy Father, by an Apostolic Nuncio or a Cardinal, Archbishop or Bishop Ordinary of a diocese outside Great Britain for specific services rendered. Such ceremonies are therefore usually conducted in the place where the nomination originated.

In most cases the ceremony is conducted by the local Ordinary in the recipient's parish church and following a format not too dissimilar to the following:

Investiture of Papal Knight/Dame during Mass

The Knight(s)/Dame(s) to be invested will be seated appropriately with sponsor(s) and family in the front of the church. The Mass of St Gregory the Great may be chosen for the investiture which may follow the reading of the Gospel or just before the final Blessing and Dismissal.

The Cardinal/Archbishop/Bishop, wearing mitre and holding his crozier, with parish priest and master of ceremony process to the front of the altar where the Papal Brief and insignia are displayed on a table.

The MC invites the candidate(s) and sponsor(s) presenting the candidate(s) to approach the edge of the sanctuary.

The Cardinal/Archbishop/Bishop says to the candidate(s) and congregation:

The newly invested Knight(s)/Dame(s) and escort(s) take a step back and bow to the Bishop before all retire to their respective places. The Bishop may at his discretion give the newly invested person(s) a chance to say a word of thanks to him and the congregation.

Responsibilities and Uniforms

There are no particular duties pertaining to membership of the Pontifical Orders but some fifty years ago the late Mr Paul Kelly KCSG suggested that Holy Mass should be offered every year in Saint Gregory’s Chapel in London’s Westminster Cathedral, for the repose of the souls of deceased Knights. The authorities agreed and from the beginning arose the Association of Papal Knights in Great Britain which flourishes today.

The late Mr Alan Rye KCSG became the first Honorary Secretary and as members increased, the Mass was transferred to the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption and Saint Gregory in Warwick Street W1, which is usually followed by an annual dinner. These events take place on a date near to 3 September - the Feast of Saint Gregory.

In 1980 HE Archbishop Bruno Heim, then Apostolic Delegate and later Pro Nuncio to Great Britain, wrote to say that he had received many requests from Knights of Saint Sylvester for an association similar to the Knights of Saint Gregory, but that he would prefer one organisation to include members of both Orders. In due course the suggestion was put into effect and His Grace The Duke of Norfolk, Earl Marshall of England, agreed to be the Association’s President.  Following his death, His Eminence Cormac, Cardinal Murphy-O’Connor, Archbishop of Westminster, graciously succeeded him.

Uniforms

Knights of all the Pontifical Orders are entitled to wear a uniform corresponding to the Order to which they belong.  Dames are able to obtain a cape.  It is important to remember that for recipients of Papal Honours it is a personal honour and as such members have no particular obligations except those just described. The uniform, which was much in evidence at the public ceremonies when His late Holiness Pope John Paul II visited Great Britain in 1982, is normally worn on only a few occasions each year. The wearing of a uniform is not compulsory. Those wishing to acquire one should contact the Honorary Secretary of the Association of the Pontifical Orders who will advise them.

In Great Britain recipients of the Pontifical Order of Saint Gregory the Great and of Pope Saint Sylvester are able to obtain a uniform corresponding to the Order and grade to which the recipient is entitled to wear. For the Order of Saint Gregory the Great it is a dark green with silver lace, and for the Order of Pope Saint Sylvester it is black with gold lace. Each uniform is slightly more embroidered for the higher ranks. The uniform is also accompanied by a cocked hat and a dress sword.

The insignia consists of an eight pointed white enamel cross with an image of Pope Saint Sylvester (314-335 AD), suspended from a black and red ribbon.

Pontifical Order of Saint Gregory the Great

Most Papal Knights in Great Britain today are members of the Order of Saint Gregory the Great although an increasing number have in recent years been awarded the Order of Pope Saint Sylvester.  The Order of Saint Gregory has an interesting history. In the early nineteenth century the whole of Europe was in turmoil after the catastrophic events of the French Revolution and the Napoleonic invasions. Traditional forms of government, the legacy of the feudal system of the Middle Ages, had become outmoded and everywhere reform was demanded by a vociferous multitude. The Pope was still the temporal ruler of the Papal States in north-east and central Italy: he maintained his own army, but when revolutionary elements set up a provisional government in his territory in 1830, Austrian troops had to be called in to restore the situation.

On 1 December of that year Pope Pius died. He was succeeded by a Camaldolese monk, Bartolomeo Capellari, under the title Pope Gregory XVI. The name is significant because it was Pope Gregory I, Saint Gregory the Great (incidentally the Apostle of England) who founded the temporal power of the papacy, the “Patrimonia Petri”, and one of the new Pope’s chief considerations, inevitably in view of the position he inherited, was to preserve the power for himself and his successors.

One of his first concerns, therefore, was to reward the Italians and Austrians who had restored his political authority and so in 1831, only seven months after his election, he founded the Papal Equestrian Order of Saint Gregory the Great, as an order of merit to be bestowed (to quote his inaugural brief) on “gentlemen of proven loyalty to the Holy See who, by reason of their nobility of birth and the renown of their deeds or the degree of their munificence, are deemed worthy to be honoured by a public expression of esteem on the part of the Holy See”. The insignia of the Order were to include an eight-pointed cross bearing a representation of Saint Gregory on the obverse and on the reverse the motto “Pro Deo et Principe”, suspended from a red and gold ribbon, and there were to be three classes of Knights who were reminded, at the end of the brief, that they must progressively maintain, by continued meritorious deeds, the reputation and trust they had already inspired, and prove themselves worthy of the honour that had been conferred on them, by unswerving fidelity to God and to the Sovereign Pontiff, according to the inscription quoted above.

Pope Pius X was installed on the 4 August 1903. He was Giuseppe Melchior Sarto, the first Pope since the Middle Ages to spring from peasant stock. He was a man of saintly life and abundant energy, and set himself the task of reforming many aspects of Catholic life. In 1905 he introduced the practice of frequent, even daily, Holy Communion for lay people.

In the same year he published the Apostolic letter “Multum ad excitandos” and he reformed all the Pontifical Orders of Knighthood, appointed the Cardinal Secretary of State of the Vatican City State as Grand Chancellor of all Pontifical Orders and established a Chancery which issued rules concerning the uniforms for members of the various Orders. Until 1905, only the Equestrian Order of Saint Gregory the Great had the Cardinal Secretary of State as Grand Chancellor.

His late Holiness also reformed the Order of Saint Gregory the Great, dividing it into Civil and Military Divisions and describing its uniform- dark green tail coat and trousers, both trimmed with silver embroidery, a cocked hat and dress sword: white gloves are worn. As with the Pian Order, a member may be a Knight Grand Cross, a Knight Commander with or without a star, or a Knight. The uniform is slightly more embroidered for the higher ranks.

Bob Hope - Illuminati Pimp

January 23, 2012

bob_hope_vietnam.jpgThe disparity between Bob Hope's public persona as entertainer of US troops,  and the sordid reality causes cognitive dissonance.

by Zen Gardner

Bob Hope's work with the private "United Services Organization," (USO) entertaining troops around the world, was part of the Illuminati's MK-Ultra program. They used mind controlled sex slaves to convey messages, advance policies, and dispense sexual services to deserving generals.

The bimbos that Hollywood has foisted on us as "stars" are largely mind-controlled playthings of the elite.

with-progmr-bob-hope.jpgWhen you look back at the sexed up mannequins that Bob Hope toured with, it makes perfect sense. Marilyn Monroe, Doris Day, Jane Russell,(left) Ginger Rogers, Barbara Eden, were all stamped out by the same mold. Then later on Monarch subjects like Brooke Shields, Jessica Simpson and Carmen Electra joined the squad. It's mind-bogglingly obvious when you stand back to look at it, knowing even they don't know.

What's especially unique is that the USO is NOT part of the government. This allows this sinister organization to freely operate under the aegis of U.S. Military-Hollywood-Political apparatus. Very clever. And it has had a free hand on transferring mind control assets for years. - See more at: http://www.henrymakow.com/bob_hope_-_uso_mind_control_se.html#sthash.HeJBmb2q.dpuf

"The USO was designed as a premiere traveling road show for Monarch Slaves with Master of Ceremonies Bob Hope showcasing some of the most beautiful and talented Mind Controlled Slaves. Bob Hope was a foreign agent of the British Empire (British Knight;MI6) & Papal Knight (servant of the Jesuits Black Pope & Papacy); completely above ANY U.S. law or Constitutionality w/ full diplomatic immunity and afforded full military attache; Bob Hope was virtually untouchable w/ above top secret security clearances.

"This gave him perfect cover to shuttle Monarch Slaves from base to base, nation to nation, under full military escort with little or no interference from domestic or foreign press, since all U.S.O. activity is under aegis of National Security Agency (NSA) & Dept. of Defense (DOD). Far beyond an Ambassador, Bob Hope operated above State Department levels, having direct access to the Dir. of CIA (DCI), Pentagon, White House & POTUS" - See more at: http://www.henrymakow.com/bob_hope_-_uso_mind_control_se.html#sthash.HeJBmb2q.dpuf

WHISTLE BLOWERS

Brave victims like Brice Taylor (who Hope personally controlled), Cathy O'Brien and others have exposed the abuse and mind control.

In her book "Thanks for the Memories," Brice writes,  "What most of you have not been allowed to know is that years ago, at the outset of the Cold War, permission was given to a hidden group of so-called 'professionals and leaders' to experiment on the unsuspecting American populace in an effort to further a variety of advanced technology."

"The technology gleaned by the American leaders, medical professionals and scientists was in the form of bio-electromagnetic frequency medicine, genetic engineering, mind control, brain research, near-death experimentation, paranormal/psychic experimentation, remote viewing, time and space travel and other advanced research that make our everyday human understanding look antiquated."

Fritz Springmeier elaborates on Bob Hope's role: "There have been numerous connections in this author's research about the Illuminati/CIA mind control which connects back to the U.S.O. (the American military entertainers that traveled in USO units on tours.) The story about how the USO was used to carry messages to mind-controlled agents and military men would include many names...The military apparently was already using programmed killers to carry out deadly assignments...Bob Hope & the USO was used to carry trigger words to these mind-controlled people."

"Likewise, what better person to pick than Bob Hope to run messages worldwide? Bob Hope was British, and MI6 knew they could trust him. Bob Hope has an excellent ability to learn and say lines. Bob was...great with words, knowing how to fit them together and to make puns and double and triple meaning sentences. His ability to construct sentences with double meanings was a great cover for the hidden messages he transmitted for allied intelligence during the war. If you want to keep a secret the best place is out in the open..."

"Bob Hope. who was already a radio and movie star before W.W.II, was given wide publicity as he traveled all over for the U.S.O. . Bob Hope was 'just an entertainer,' and yet he visited Roosevelt. Churchill, Eisenhower, Patton, and all kinds of military men..."

"Bob traveled all over the world to every front during the war, including England, Africa, the South Pacific. the East & west coasts of the U.S. the Caribbean, Panama, etc. He could fit all kinds of signals into his jokes and talks, and no one would be the wiser. Under the disguise of building moral by being a comedian, Bob could go anywhere and because he always was making jokes, no one took him seriously.

"Bob Hope was a courier, a message bearer of coded messages...Sometimes the coded messages almost seem to jump out when you look at his wartime talks M16 and MIS's Section BIA under the supervision of London's W Board and 20 Committee oversaw the running of double agents and mind-controlled couriers and mind-controlled spies. Special Intelligence Service (SIS) for the British dealt a great deal with mind-control of all types..."

The Bob Hope example is a perfect one. The brash "in plain sight" motif of the Illuminati is a powerful tool, getting their message across while neutralizing opposition through cognitive dissonance. To be aware of the extent of mind control in our society is to be forewarned and armed.

Sen. Robert Byrd, who controls the nation's purse strings, justified to Cathy his involvement in drug distribution, pornography and white slavery as a means of "gaining control of all illegal activity world wide" to fund Black Budget covert activity that would "bring about world peace through world dominance and total control."

He said, "95% of the people want to be led by the 5%." Proof is that "the 95% do not want to know what really goes on in government." Byrd believed that mankind must take a "giant step in evolution through creating a superior race."

Byrd believed in "the annihilation of underprivileged nations and cultures" through genocide and genetic engineering to breed "the more gifted, the blonds of the world."

O'Brien visited a series secret paramilitary compounds throughout the US like one at Mount Shasta in California. "I learned that this not-so-secret military buildup consisted of special forces trained robotic soldiers, black unmarked helicopters, and top secret weaponry including electromagnetic mind control equipment."

At these compounds O'Brien and her daughter were often hunted like wild animals, tortured and raped for the amusement of CIA, military and politicians.

O'Brien worked as a sex slave at Bohemian Grove, the elite's perversion playground on the Russian River in California. She says the place is wired for video in order to capture world leaders in compromising acts.

"Slaves of advancing age or with failing programming were ritualistically murdered at random in the wooded grounds of Bohemian Grove...There was a room of shackles and tortures, an opium den, ritualistic sex altars, group orgy rooms...I was used as a "rag doll" in the toy store and as a urinal in the "golden arches" room."

Strangely, mind controlled sex slaves are used as diplomats and lobbyists as well. At a Governor's Conference, Secretary of Education Bill Bennett advised O'Brien to "persuade these Governors at their weakest moment, bring them to their knees while you are on yours, and convince them that global education [the Education 2000 initiative] is the way to the future if there is to be any future at all."

CONCLUDING REMARKS

Why did the Illuminati let these women live? I don't know. I don't know how many they have killed. Perhaps they want the truth to be known gradually. Perhaps they have a shred of decency left. Perhaps they are confident of their power, and think these women won't be believed.

As the Kennedy assassination and 9-11 prove, the United States (and most countries) have been totally subverted by a Luciferian international criminal elite. The role of politicians, media and education is to keep the sheep deluded and distracted while the elite stealthily advances its goal of world tyranny. Western society today is a massive fraud.

It is tragic that brave young American soldiers have been brainwashed to believe they are advancing freedom when the opposite is the case. A reader tells me that this article is treason. Is it patriotic to obey traitors?

The populations of the West are spoiled, self centered and complacent. How can things be so bad when we have so much? We don't realize that the goodies can be taken away in a second by tightening credit.

We don't realize that we are being distracted while our political and social institutions, our bulwarks against tyranny, are being infiltrated and dismantled. Our children are being brainwashed.

Don't ask, "What can we do?" That is conditioned helplessness. Figure it out yourself. Take responsibility. Send me your ideas. There is no quick fix to this mess. But we must stand up for truth. They may have the weapons of mass deception, but, as Cathy O'Brien says, "the truth doesn't go away."
