Our Lady of Littleness

" Each Life creates The Next - no wonder Time Lords and Buddhists get on so well. "

- The Chorister

Our Lady of Littleness loves being with children, appearing to children, and helping us become like children.

(Davros is crying.)

Dr. Disco :
Okay, don't ever tell anyone that I did this...

(He waves his hand around until a golden glow forms.)

Dr. Disco :
A little bit of regeneration energy - Probably cost me an arm or a leg somewhere down the line....

BUFFY
I'm suddenly going to grow this demon part and we don't even know what it is.
It could be claws or scales...

Willow's expression turns shocked.

BUFFY

What?

WILLOW

Was it a boy demon..?

EACH LIFE CREATE THE NEXT -

Dr. Disco :
Or, I'll just be really little....

"The Old Man must die;
and The New Man Will Discover,
to his inexpressible joy,
that He has never existed...!"

- Buddhist/Time Lord Aphorism
K'Ampo Rimpoche

"This is above all Strangeness...
This Doctor keeps cropping up all over the place.

Political diaries, conspiracy theories, even ghost stories. No first name, no last name, just The Doctor.

Always The Doctor.

And the title seems to have been passed down from Father to Son.

It appears to be an inheritance.... "

- Clive Finch, 2005

Not-Shakespeare :
Perhaps it's time I wrote about Fathers and Sons
in memory of my boy, my precious Hamnet.

MARTHA:
Hamnet?

Not-Shakespeare :
That's him.

MARTHA:
Hamnet

Not-Shakespeare :
What's wrong with that?

Our Lady of Littleness loves being with children, appearing to children, and helping us become like children.

It’s so hard for us to become like children in this aging world, because we are wired to fear littleness.

But littleness is the pathway to the Kingdom — empowering us to love one another here on earth and get ready for heaven. Jesus understands this and that is why He sends us so much help. On the cross He gave us His mother, Our Lady of Littleness. And Mary, in her humility, draws the Holy Spirit like a magnet. She helps us become little too, so that we can become filled with the Holy Spirit.

On Friday I prayed with two saintly children in preparation for a children’s Holy Hour. This helped me to become more little and better able to lead the worship. There we were, all of us “little ones” praising the Lord together and so happy! I believe that Jesus is sending Our Lady of Littleness to us in these tumultuous times to help us surrender completely to the Holy Spirit and  discover, with the little ones, the most simple and direct path to happiness and heaven.  Mt. 18:3 // Jn. 19: 26-27
