Boston Manhunt: SWAT Flash-Bangs, not Pressure-Cooker Bombs

Bingo. My prediction/speculation was correct.

The BOOMs people heard during the Manhunt were SWAT concussion grenades, not pressure-cooker bombs. That's now confirmed.

I was right.

The idea that these boys were driving along, in a carjacked SUV, bragging to their hostage about carrying out the bombings and THROWING spare pressure-bombs out the door a moving car at persuing law enforcement in a cross-town chase must be about the most retarded thing I have ever heard in my entire life.

In order to believe this batshit crazy conspiracy theory, you would need to believe that Little Brother was carrying around with him MULTIPLE, VIABLE, LIVE pressure-cooker IEDs around with him, for DAYS, carrying them around everywhere he went, to class, campus parties and everywhere else he went.

Those things are NOT stable. And are rather large.

According to the FBI, this is the brothers "robbing a grocery store" - resulting in the shoot-out with the MIT cop who was killed (who apparently has no name),

Leading to the carjacking,

Leading to the manhunt,

Leading to the arrests.

TV and Twitter had this surveillance photo while the cross-town police chase was ongoing.

Which is impossible.

Just like the footage of the Benghazi raid, shot (and EDITED) by the attackers themselves aired on Anderson Cooper's show on CNN WHILE THE ATTACK WAS STILL GOING ON, and BEFORE Hilary Clinton went on national television to say "this happened as a result of a protests about a YouTube video" (which is what CIA told her, but NOT what they told the Romney/Ryan campaign, as can be proven), this is simply not possible.

Hillary Clinton went on National Television to blame internet video "The Innocence of Muslims" for triggering a spontaneous protest in Libya which killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others.

Because that's the CIA told her had happened.

That's NOT what they told the Romney/Ryan Campaign - they told THEM it was an Act of Terror.

At 10:08 EST, footage of the raid on the Benghazi compound shot (and EDITED) by the attackers themselves had already begun airing on CNN on Anderson Cooper's AC360 9/11 Special.

A physcial tape of the (first) attack, edited on an offline editing suite had been handed to CNN and was broadcast live on CNN within 5 hrs of the shooting starting - Al-Jazeera did not recieve a copy.

At 10:08 EST (4:08am in Libya), CIA Officers Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods were still alive.

The CIA sponsored ,militia had just (miraculously) located the super-top secret CIA Secruity Annex and unleashed a SECOND, murderous assault, with the clear intent to leave no-one left alive, only withdrawing when friendly Libyan Miilitias loyal to the Government arrived to chase off the CIA Contra under the Command of Director Petreaus in Langley,

David Petreaus tried to murder him own people at Benghazi.

It's a lie.

They did not get this image from a grocery store robbed (or otherwise) at the start of the manhunt, pull the footage and Tweet it in real time.

That's ridiculous.

There's no ambiguity here - that's impossible.

They are NOT wearing backpacks and clearly not carrying pressure cooker bombs.

They are not "robbing a grocery store" - one of them APPEARS to be "buying a candy bar"...

EVERYTHING the Feds are saying about these guys and how they caught them is provably false.

Not one single thing they have said about these guys has turned out to be true.

They supposedly shot an MIT cop - justifying the use of lethal force in apprehending the boys.

Who is he?

Where is he?

What's his name?

Where's his body?

What happened?

Where did it happen?

Who saw it?

NONE of this makes sense....

Unless they are completely innocent, the Police and FBI are lying and they are being framed.

In which case, it makes PERFECT sense.

The simplest explanation is nearly always the right one.

"They're just making it all up!"
is the most simple explanation of all...

The School prepares selected military officers and civilians from the Department of Defense, government agencies, over 20 foreign countries, and the private sector for senior leadership positions in the materiel acquisition and joint logistics fields. Major General Brown was commissioned in 1980 as a distinguished graduate of the ROTC program at the Virginia Military Institute. In this capacity, he was the principal adviser to the commander on issues pertaining to strategic deterrence and nuclear operations and was responsible for management and oversight of the nuclear enterprise overseeing personnel, procedural, equipment, communications and facility requirements supporting the nuclear command and control system.

Major General Brown holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, as well as a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College.

The general is a command pilot with more than 4,200 hours, primarily in the B-1 and B-52, including combat time in operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom.

Maj. Gen. Brown IV, 54, was piloting a Cessna 210 Friday, with his wife, Sue Brown, as his passenger, when the plane crashed near the Williamsburg-Jamestown Airport.

The couple and their dog were killed in the crash.

Al Qaeda's Second Fatwa
The following text is the fatwa published on Feb. 23, 1998, to declare a holy war against the West and Israel. It is signed by Osama bin Laden, head of al Qaeda; Ayman al-Zawahiri, head of Jihad Group in Egypt, and other Islamic terrorist groups.

Praise be to God, who revealed the Book, controls the clouds, defeats factionalism, and says in His Book: "But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the pagans wherever ye find them, seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war)"; and peace be upon our Prophet, Muhammad Bin-'Abdallah, who said: I have been sent with the sword between my hands to ensure that no one but God is worshipped, God who put my livelihood under the shadow of my spear and who inflicts humiliation and scorn on those who disobey my orders.

The Arabian Peninsula has never -- since God made it flat, created its desert, and encircled it with seas -- been stormed by any forces like the crusader armies spreading in it like locusts, eating its riches and wiping out its plantations. All this is happening at a time in which nations are attacking Muslims like people fighting over a plate of food. In the light of the grave situation and the lack of support, we and you are obliged to discuss current events, and we should all agree on how to settle the matter.

No one argues today about three facts that are known to everyone; we will list them, in order to remind everyone:

First, for over seven years the United States has been occupying the lands of Islam in the holiest of places, the Arabian Peninsula, plundering its riches, dictating to its rulers, humiliating its people, terrorizing its neighbors, and turning its bases in the Peninsula into a spearhead through which to fight the neighboring Muslim peoples.

If some people have in the past argued about the fact of the occupation, all the people of the Peninsula have now acknowledged it. The best proof of this is the Americans' continuing aggression against the Iraqi people using the Peninsula as a staging post, even though all its rulers are against their territories being used to that end, but they are helpless.

Second, despite the great devastation inflicted on the Iraqi people by the crusader-Zionist alliance, and despite the huge number of those killed, which has exceeded 1 million... despite all this, the Americans are once against trying to repeat the horrific massacres, as though they are not content with the protracted blockade imposed after the ferocious war or the fragmentation and devastation.

So here they come to annihilate what is left of this people and to humiliate their Muslim neighbors. Third, if the Americans' aims behind these wars are religious and economic, the aim is also to serve the Jews' petty state and divert attention from its occupation of Jerusalem and murder of Muslims there. The best proof of this is their eagerness to destroy Iraq, the strongest neighboring Arab state, and their endeavor to fragment all the states of the region such as Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Sudan into paper statelets and through their disunion and weakness to guarantee Israel's survival and the continuation of the brutal crusade occupation of the Peninsula.

All these crimes and sins committed by the Americans are a clear declaration of war on God, his messenger, and Muslims. And ulema have throughout Islamic history unanimously agreed that the jihad is an individual duty if the enemy destroys the Muslim countries. This was revealed by Imam Bin-Qadamah in "Al- Mughni," Imam al-Kisa'i in "Al-Bada'i," al-Qurtubi in his interpretation, and the shaykh of al-Islam in his books, where he said: "As for the fighting to repulse [an enemy], it is aimed at defending sanctity and religion, and it is a duty as agreed [by the ulema]. Nothing is more sacred than belief except repulsing an enemy who is attacking religion and life." On that basis, and in compliance with God's order, we issue the following fatwa to all Muslims:

The ruling to kill the Americans and their allies -- civilians and military -- is an individual duty for every Muslim who can do it in any country in which it is possible to do it, in order to liberate the al-Aqsa Mosque and the holy mosque [Mecca] from their grip, and in order for their armies to move out of all the lands of Islam, defeated and unable to threaten any Muslim. This is in accordance with the words of Almighty God, "and fight the pagans all together as they fight you all together," and "fight them until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in God."

This is in addition to the words of Almighty God: "And why should ye not fight in the cause of God and of those who, being weak, are ill-treated (and oppressed)? -- women and children, whose cry is: 'Our Lord, rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from thee one who will help!'"

We -- with God's help -- call on every Muslim who believes in God and wishes to be rewarded to comply with God's order to kill the Americans and plunder their money wherever and whenever they find it. We also call on Muslim ulema, leaders, youths, and soldiers to launch the raid on Satan's U.S. troops and the devil's supporters allying with them, and to displace those who are behind them so that they may learn a lesson.

Almighty God said: "O ye who believe, give your response to God and His Apostle, when He calleth you to that which will give you life. And know that God cometh between a man and his heart, and that it is He to whom ye shall all be gathered."

Almighty God also says: "O ye who believe, what is the matter with you, that when ye are asked to go forth in the cause of God, ye cling so heavily to the earth! Do ye prefer the life of this world to the hereafter? But little is the comfort of this life, as compared with the hereafter. Unless ye go forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others in your place; but Him ye would not harm in the least. For God hath power over all things."

Almighty God also says: "So lose no heart, nor fall into despair. For ye must gain mastery if ye are true in faith."

This man DOES NOT Crash a Single Engine Cessna....

This pilot had 45,000 flight hours, including 4,300 as a command officer, and was (til Saturday) a Major General in the United States Air Force.

He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross with "V" device, the Bronze Star, the Legion of Merit and a Army Commendation Medal and has was the current Commandant of The Eisenhower School at the National Defense University and Commandant of at Industrial College of the Armed Forces.

He just crashed his Cessna.

On take-off, in rural Virginia, killing him, his wife and dog.

Why was he flying to Washington and who killed him...?!

Federal authorities are investigating the cause of a plane crash in Virginia that killed a decorated Air Force general and his wife.

Maj. Gen. Joseph D. Brown IV, 54, was piloting a Cessna 210 Friday, with his wife, Sue Brown, as his passenger, when the plane crashed near the Williamsburg-Jamestown Airport. The couple and their dog were killed in the crash.

No one on the ground was injured in the crash, but the single-engine plane came close to hitting houses in a retirement community, according to witnesses.

"Another 50 feet, and they would have been in my bedroom," resident Bruce Ward told ABC News affiliate WVEC-TV.

"The fellow next door came knocking on our door, and he says, 'You got a fire extinguisher? There's a plane just crashed next to your house,'" Ward said.

Virginia State Police said officials from the Federal Aviation Administration responded Friday. The crash scene was secured overnight until authorities from the National Transportation Safety Board arrived, according to state police.

The cause of the crash was not yet known.

Brown joined the Air Force in 1980 and rose through the ranks. Since October 2010, he had been the commandant of The Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy in Washington, D.C.

Throughout his career, he had more than 4,300 hours of experience piloting a variety of aircraft, including B-1s and B-52s.

In a joint statement, Secretary of the Air Force Michael Donley and Air Force Chief of Staff Gen Mark A. Welsh III mourned the loss of a couple who "dedicated their lives in service to our nation."

"Their loss will be felt across our Air Force and joint team," they said.

The Representative from Arizona has The Floor

SENATORS say they fear the N.R.A. and the gun lobby. But I think that fear must be nothing compared to the fear the first graders in Sandy Hook Elementary School felt as their lives ended in a hail of bullets. The fear that those children who survived the massacre must feel every time they remember their teachers stacking them into closets and bathrooms, whispering that they loved them, so that love would be the last thing the students heard if the gunman found them.

On Wednesday, a minority of senators gave into fear and blocked common-sense legislation that would have made it harder for criminals and people with dangerous mental illnesses to get hold of deadly firearms — a bill that could prevent future tragedies like those in Newtown, Conn., Aurora, Colo., Blacksburg, Va., and too many communities to count.

Some of the senators who voted against the background-check amendments have met with grieving parents whose children were murdered at Sandy Hook, in Newtown. Some of the senators who voted no have also looked into my eyes as I talked about my experience being shot in the head at point-blank range in suburban Tucson two years ago, and expressed sympathy for the 18 other people shot besides me, 6 of whom died. These senators have heard from their constituents — who polls show overwhelmingly favored expanding background checks. And still these senators decided to do nothing. Shame on them.

I watch TV and read the papers like everyone else. We know what we’re going to hear: vague platitudes like “tough vote” and “complicated issue.” I was elected six times to represent southern Arizona, in the State Legislature and then in Congress. I know what a complicated issue is; I know what it feels like to take a tough vote. This was neither. These senators made their decision based on political fear and on cold calculations about the money of special interests like the National Rifle Association, which in the last election cycle spent around $25 million on contributions, lobbying and outside spending.

Speaking is physically difficult for me. But my feelings are clear: I’m furious. I will not rest until we have righted the wrong these senators have done, and until we have changed our laws so we can look parents in the face and say: We are trying to keep your children safe. We cannot allow the status quo — desperately protected by the gun lobby so that they can make more money by spreading fear and misinformation — to go on.

I am asking every reasonable American to help me tell the truth about the cowardice these senators demonstrated. I am asking for mothers to stop these lawmakers at the grocery store and tell them: You’ve lost my vote. I am asking activists to unsubscribe from these senators’ e-mail lists and to stop giving them money. I’m asking citizens to go to their offices and say: You’ve disappointed me, and there will be consequences.

People have told me that I’m courageous, but I have seen greater courage. Gabe Zimmerman, my friend and staff member in whose honor we dedicated a room in the United States Capitol this week, saw me shot in the head and saw the shooter turn his gunfire on others. Gabe ran toward me as I lay bleeding. Toward gunfire. And then the gunman shot him, and then Gabe died. His body lay on the pavement in front of the Safeway for hours.

I have thought a lot about why Gabe ran toward me when he could have run away. Service was part of his life, but it was also his job. The senators who voted against background checks for online and gun-show sales, and those who voted against checks to screen out would-be gun buyers with mental illness, failed to do their job.

They looked at these most benign and practical of solutions, offered by moderates from each party, and then they looked over their shoulder at the powerful, shadowy gun lobby — and brought shame on themselves and our government itself by choosing to do nothing.

They will try to hide their decision behind grand talk, behind willfully false accounts of what the bill might have done — trust me, I know how politicians talk when they want to distract you — but their decision was based on a misplaced sense of self-interest. I say misplaced, because to preserve their dignity and their legacy, they should have heeded the voices of their constituents. They should have honored the legacy of the thousands of victims of gun violence and their families, who have begged for action, not because it would bring their loved ones back, but so that others might be spared their agony.

This defeat is only the latest chapter of what I’ve always known would be a long, hard haul. Our democracy’s history is littered with names we neither remember nor celebrate — people who stood in the way of progress while protecting the powerful. On Wednesday, a number of senators voted to join that list.

Mark my words: if we cannot make our communities safer with the Congress we have now, we will use every means available to make sure we have a different Congress, one that puts communities’ interests ahead of the gun lobby’s.

To do nothing while others are in danger is not the American way.

"Suspect's Mother Described as "Quoting Conspiracy Theories" "

Yes, this is a fairly frequent misconception relating to people who've been blatantly framed by the Police.

It's a common side-effect of being innocent.

"Kilzer also claims that the mother's beliefs increasingly made her uncomfortable, which partially led to her ceasing to visit Tsarnaeva in 2012:

"She started quoting conspiracy theories, telling me that she thought 9-11 was purposefully created by the American government to make America hate muslims.

“It’s real,” she said, “My son knows all about it. You can read on the internet.” I have to say I felt kind of scared and vulnerable when she said this, as I am distinctly American, and was lying practically naked in her living room."

Boston: This Man was Beaten to Death in FBI Custody

A grisly post-mortem photo of one of the suspected Boston Marathon bombers appears to have been taken early today after medical personnel turned the body over to law enforcement officials.

The image of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, began circulating online this afternoon after it was posted on popular web sites like Reddit and 4chan. The source of the photo remains unclear.

Seen above, the picture shows Tsarnaev--naked from the hip up--after he died at 1:35 AM at Boston’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Tsarnaev was mortally wounded during a gun battle between him and his 19-year-old brother Dzhokar and police.

In an interview, Dr. Richard Wolfe, chief of the hospital’s emergency medicine department, said that he had seen the photo, but stressed that the image “was not taken during the medical procedures or when the medical team had control of the body.”

While Wolfe said that he would be greatly concerned “if it was a health care provider,” he flatly added that, at no point, did hospital staffers photograph Tsarnaev’s body.

Wolfe said that after Tsarnaev was pronounced dead, his body was moved to a “non-clinical area” where custody of the corpse was turned over to law enforcement officials.

The graphic photo shows gunshot wounds to Tsarnaev’s body as well as a large thorocotomy incision on his chest. Additionally, portions of Tsarnaev’s face and right shoulder reflect a discoloration that Wolfe termed “purplish lividity.”

Texas Attorney General, Gregg Abbott: Waving the Bloody Shirt in Waco,2 Days Before People Began Blowing up (In Waco)

In Waco on Monday, Abbott sounded the alarm: “One thing that requires ongoing vigilance is the reality that the state of Texas is coming under a new  assault, an assault far more dangerous than what the leader of North Korea threatened when he said he was going to add Austin, Texas, as one of the recipients of his nuclear weapons,”

Abbott said. “The threat that we’re getting is the threat from the Obama administration and his political machine.”

Attorney General Greg Abbott says there’s something “far more dangerous” than nuclear-armed North Korea – Democrats who want to register and motivate voters.

The Republican attorney general, who is looking at a race for governor next year, told a group in Waco that an organization formed by former Obama campaign operatives called Battleground Texas is a threat that Texans must resist. He said North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un is less dangerous than the Democrats.

Battleground Texas organizers say they hope to identify and register new voters to turn the solidly Republican state blue in the next few years.

The group says Texas is ripe for change, in part because of a growing Hispanic population that historically votes disproportionately for Democrats.

The last time a Democrat won statewide office in Texas was 1994.

With its 38 electoral votes, Texas is the biggest electoral prize now held by Republicans. Abbott said that makes the state “the last line of defense” in protecting the country’s future. A Waco Tribune reporter asked Abbott following the speech why he had compared Democrats to North Korea. Said Abbott: “Republicans who are complacent are kidding themselves if they think Battleground Texas is not a threat.”

If Abbott runs for governor next year, he would face former GOP Chairman Tom Pauken in the primary. Pauken, who lacks Abbott’s campaign war chest and officeholder platform, is traveling the state talking to small groups about education, taxes and a state government in which he says political cronyism has taken root.

Abbott is wooing the party’s right wing by attacking Obama and promising to fight the U.N. He told the Waco group that he would sue the Obama administration to protect individual gun rights if the U.S. joins a United Nations global arms treaty.

Experts say a United Nations treaty would not supersede the Second Amendment. Article VI of the Constitution lists three things as supreme, in this order: 1) the Constitution, 2) federal law and 3) treaties.

In 1957, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that treaties cannot supersede the Constitution. (Reid v. Covert). The proposed UN treaty would tighten controls over the flow of conventional arms across international lines to keep them out of the hands of terrorists, drug traffickers and criminal cartels. But Abbott warned the a U.N. pact presented an “incredible danger” to gun-owning Texans.

On March 2, 2005, Abbott appeared before the United States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., where he defended a Ten Commandments monument on the Texas State Capitol grounds.

Dozens of similar monuments were donated to cities and towns across the nation throughout the 1960s by the Fraternal Order of Eagles, who were inspired by the 1956 epic The Ten Commandments; in doing so, they gained the support of the film's director Cecil B. DeMille.

The Supreme Court held in a 5-4 majority opinion, found the Texas display did not violate the Establishment Clause and was constitutional.

Hailing the Supreme Court's decision, Abbott said: "This is a great victory not just for Texans, but for all Americans. With this ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court has delivered a clear message that the Texas Ten Commandments can be displayed on public grounds in recognition of the historical role they have played in the foundation of this country and its laws."

The Ten Commandments monument still stands just to the northwest of the Capitol in Austin.
