White Coffee

Cooper, you may be fearless in This World.

But there are Other Worlds.

Worlds beyond Life and Death.

Worlds beyond scientific reality.

My people believe that the White Lodge is a place where the spirits that rule Man and Nature reside.

There is also a legend of a place called the Black Lodge.

The Shadow Self of the White Lodge.

Legend says that every spirit must pass through there on the way to perfection.

There, you will meet your own Shadow Self.

My people call it The Dweller on the Threshold.

But it is said that if you confront The Black Lodge with imperfect courage  —

It will utterly annihilate your soul.

Two Witnesses

P.S. I know you two, and if I'm gone, I know what you could become.

Because I know Who You Really Are -

A Junkie who solves crimes to get high,
and
the Doctor Who never came home from The War.

Will you listen to me?

Who You Really Are, it doesn't matter.

It's all about The Legend, The Stories, The Adventures.

There is a last refuge for The Desperate, The Unloved, The Persecuted.

There is a Final Court of Appeal for EVERYONE.

When Life gets Too Strange, Too Impossible, Too Frightening, there is always One Last Hope.

When all else fails, there are two men, sitting, arguing in a scruffy flat, like they've ALWAYS been there

And they ALWAYS will.

The Best and Wisest Men I have ever known.

My Baker Street Boys.

Sherlock Holmes
and
Doctor Watson.

Niggle was lying in the dark, resting completely; so that, as he had not been either feeling or thinking at all, he might have been lying there for hours or for years, as far as he could tell. But now he heard Voices: not voices that he had ever heard before. There seemed to be a Medical Board, or perhaps a Court of Inquiry, going on close at hand, in an adjoining room with the door open, possibly, though he could not see any light.

"Now the Niggle case," said a Voice, a severe voice, more severe than the doctor's.

"What was the matter with him?" said a Second Voice, a voice that you might have called gentle, though it was not soft-it was a voice of authority, and sounded at once hopeful and sad. "What was the matter with Niggle? His heart was in the right place."

"Yes, but it did not function properly," said the First Voice. "And his head was not screwed on tight enough: he hardly ever thought at all. Look at the time he wasted, not even amusing himself! He never got ready for his journey. He was moderately well-off, and yet he arrived here almost destitute, and had to be put in the paupers' wing. A bad case, I am afraid. I think he should stay some time yet."

"It would not do him any harm, perhaps," said the Second Voice. "But, of course, he is only a little man. He was never meant to be anything very much; and he was never very strong. Let us look at the Records. Yes. There are some favourable points, you know."

"Perhaps," said the First Voice; "but very few that will really bear examination."

"Well," said the Second Voice, "there are these. He was a painter by nature. In a minor way, of course; still, a Leaf by Niggle has a charm of its own. He took a great deal of pains with leaves, just for their own sake. But he never thought that that made him important. There is no note in the Records of his pretending, even to himself, that it excused his neglect of things ordered by the law."

"Then he should not have neglected so many," said the First Voice.

"All the same, he did answer a good many Calls."

"A small percentage, mostly of the easier sort, and he called those Interruptions. The Records are full of the word, together with a lot of complaints and silly imprecations."

"True; but they looked like interruptions to him, of course, poor little man. And there is this: he never expected any Return, as so many of his sort call it. There is the Parish case, the one that came in later. He was Niggle's neighbour, never did a stroke for him, and seldom showed any gratitude at all. But there is no note in the Records that Niggle expected Parish's gratitude; he does not seem to have thought about it."

"Yes, that is a point," said the First Voice; "but rather small. I think you will find Niggle often merely forgot. Things he had to do for Parish he put out of his mind as a nuisance he had done with."

"Still, there is this last report," said the Second Voice, "that wet bicycle-ride. I rather lay stress on that. It seems plain that this was a genuine sacrifice: Niggle guessed that he was throwing away his last chance with his picture, and he guessed, too, that Parish was worrying unnecessarily."

"I think you put it too strongly," said the First Voice. "But you have the last word. It is your task, of course, to put the best interpretation on the facts. Sometimes they will bear it. What do you propose?"

"I think it is a case for a little gentle treatment now," said the Second Voice.

Niggle thought that he had never heard anything so generous as that Voice. It made Gentle Treatment sound like a load of rich gifts, and the summons to a King's feast.

Then suddenly Niggle felt ashamed. To hear that he was considered a case for Gentle Treatment overwhelmed him, and made him blush in the dark. It was like being publicly praised, when you and all the audience knew that the praise was not deserved. Niggle hid his blushes in the rough blanket.

There was a silence. Then the First Voice spoke to Niggle, quite close. "You have been listening," it said.

"Yes," said Niggle.

"Well, what have you to say?"

"Could you tell me about Parish?" said Niggle. "I should like to see him again. I hope he is not very ill? Can you cure his leg? It used to give him a wretched time. And please don't worry about him and me. He was a very good neighbour, and let me have excellent potatoes very cheap, which saved me a lot of time."

"Did he?" said the First Voice. "I am glad to hear.”

There was another silence. Niggle heard the Voices receding. "Well, I agree," he heard the First Voice say in the distance. "Let him go on to the next stage.

Tomorrow, if you like."

Please Call Me Rey.

Her Power is to be found in
Water and Darkness.
She Shouldn't Know What an Ocean is...

" I was the separated wife of
The Crown Prince of Earth and Heaven,
The Heir to The Throne,
The Next and Future King -

I was a problem, fullstop.

Never happened before, what do we do with Her?

She won't go quietly, that's The Problem.

I'll fight to The End, because I believe that I have a role to fulfil.

And I've got two children to bring up. "

Whoever Abandoned the Infant Princess-Goddess on a Desert Planet Knew Precisely What They Were Doing -

Like Aquaman in a dry room, She is stripped of her divinity and looses acces to all Her Supranatural Godly Powers.

As soon as She leaves The Desert and first comes into contact with large bodies of abundant water, she is first exposed to waves, tidal currents,

[ which are a lunar-induced global superfluid dynamic system of chaotic energy flow and continuous movement ]

- Precipitation and a Deeper, Darker Species of Night, capable of swallowing The Sun completely, immediately does the auto-initiatory activation of Her Divine Feminine Christ Consciouness

awaken, and immediately finds itself to be in expression of it's full and whole potential power-potency, strength and level of ability and skill.

She was born and raised - much as you and I - with a baseline Power Level of around 1.0 -

Departing at last from Jakku dials Her all the way up to 11.99

She needs no period of training,
or tutelage and apprenticeship,
and has no need of a Master to teach Her.

Because She is Awake.

Please call me Rey.
Oh, do you guys want a hand?

MURRAY:
You haven't by chance got a one and five eights socket, have you?

(Murray laughs, but Rey gets one from her bag.)

Do you always carry around a full set of tools with you?

REY:
Oh, it's what Billy taught me —
Always to be Prepared.

A Stitch in Time... Fills up Space.

" THE text which contains this legend is found cut in hieroglyphics upon a stele which is now preserved in Paris. Attention was first called to it by Chabas, who in 1857 gave a translation of it in the Revue Archéologique, p. 65 ff., and pointed out the importance of its contents with his characteristic ability.

The hieroglyphic text was first published by Ledrain in his work on the monuments of the Bibliothèque Nationale in Paris,  and I gave a transcript of the text, with transliteration and translation, in 1895.

The greater part of the text consists of a hymn to Osiris, which was probably composed under the XVIIIth Dynasty, when an extraordinary development of the cult of that god took place, and when he was placed by Egyptian theologians at the head of all the gods. Though unseen in the temples, his presence filled all Egypt, and his body formed the very substance of the country.

He was the God of all gods and the Governor of the Two Companies of the gods, he formed the soul and body of Ra, he was the beneficent Spirit of all spirits, he was himself the celestial food on which the Doubles in the Other World lived.

He was the greatest of the gods in On (Heliopolis), Memphis, Herakleopolis, Hermopolis, Abydos, and the region of the First Cataract, and so.

He embodied in his own person the might of Ra-Tem, Apis and Ptah, the Horus-gods, Thoth and Khnemu, and his rule over Busiris and Abydos continued to be supreme, as it had been for many, many hundreds of years.

He was the source of the Nile, the north wind sprang from him, his seats were the stars of heaven which never set, and the imperishable stars were his ministers.

All heaven was his dominion, and the doors of the sky opened before him of their own accord when he appeared.

He inherited the earth from his father Keb, and the sovereignty of heaven from his mother Nut.

In his person he united endless time in the past and endless time in the future.

Like Ra he had fought Seba, or Set, the monster of evil, and had defeated him, and his victory assured to him lasting authority over the gods and the dead.

He exercised his creative power in making land and water, trees and herbs, cattle and other four-footed beasts, birds of all kinds, and fish and creeping things; even the waste spaces of the desert owed allegiance to him as the creator.

And he rolled out the sky, and set the light above the darkness.

The last paragraph of the text contains an allusion to Isis, the sister and wife of Osiris, and mentions the legend of the birth of Horus, which even under the XVIIIth Dynasty was very ancient, Isis, we are told, was the constant protectress of her brother, she drove away the fiends that wanted to attack him, and kept them out of his shrine and tomb, and she guarded him from all accidents.

All these things she did by means of spells and incantations, large numbers of which were known to her, and by her power as the "witch-goddess."

Her "mouth was trained to perfection, and she made no mistake in pronouncing her spells, and her tongue was skilled and halted not."

At length came the unlucky day when Set succeeded in killing Osiris during the war which the "good god" was waging against him and his fiends.

Details of the engagement are wanting, but the Pyramid Texts state that the body of Osiris was hurled to the ground by Set at a place called Netat, which seems to have been near Abydos.

The news of the death of Osiris was brought to Isis, and she at once set out to find his body.

All legends agree in saying that she took the form of a bird, and that she flew about unceasingly, going hither and thither, and uttering wailing cries of grief.

At length she found the body, and with a piercing cry she alighted on the ground.

The Pyramid Texts say that Nephthys was with her that

"Isis came, Nephthys came, the one on the right side, the other on the left side, one in the form of a Hat bird, the other in the form of a Tchert bird, and they found Osiris thrown on the ground in Netat by
his brother Set."

The late form of the legend goes on to say that Isis fanned the body with her feathers, and produced air, and that at length she caused the inert members of Osiris to move, and drew from him his essence, wherefrom she produced her child Horus.

This bare statement of the dogma of the conception of Horus does not represent all that is known about it, and it may well be supplemented by a passage from the Pyramid Texts, 1 which reads,

"Adoration to thee, O Osiris.

Rise thou up on thy left side, place thyself on thy right side.

This water which I give unto thee is the water of youth (or rejuvenation).

Adoration to thee, O Osiris!

Rise thou up on thy left side, place thyself on thy right side.

This bread which I have made for thee is warmth.

Adoration to thee, O Osiris!

The doors of Heaven are opened to thee,
the doors of the streams are thrown wide open to thee.

The gods in the city of Pe come [to thee], Osiris, at the sound (or voice) of the supplication of Isis and Nephthys. . . . . . .

Thy elder sister took thy body in her arms, she chafed thy hands, she clasped thee to her breast [when] she found thee [lying] on thy side on the plain of Netat."

And in another place we read :

"Thy two sisters, Isis and Nephthys, came to thee,
Kam-urt, in thy name of Kam-ur,
Uatchet-urt, in thy name of Uatch-ur" . . . . . . . "

Isis and Nephthys weave magical protection for thee in the city of Saut,
for thee their lord,
in thy name of 'Lord of Saut,'
for their god,
in thy name of 'God.'

They praise thee; go not thou far from them in thy name of 'Tua.'
They present offerings to thee; be not wroth in thy name of 'Tchentru.'
Thy sister Isis cometh to thee rejoicing in her love for thee.

Thou hast union with her, thy seed entereth her.
She conceiveth in the form of the star Septet (Sothis).

Horus-Sept issueth from thee in the form of Horus,
dweller in the star Septet.

Thou makest a spirit to be in him in his name
'Spirit dwelling in the god Tchentru.'

He avengeth thee in his name of
'Horus, the son who avenged his father.'
Hail, Osiris, Keb hath brought to thee Horus,
he hath avenged thee,
he hath brought to thee the hearts of the gods,
Horus hath given thee his Eye,
thou hast taken possession of the Urert Crown thereby at the head of the gods.
Horus hath presented to thee thy members, he hath collected them completely, there is no disorder in thee.
Thoth hath seized thy enemy
and hath slain him
and those who were with him.

The above words are addressed to dead kings in the Pyramid

" They see me as a threat of some kind, and I'm here to do good: I'm not a destructive person.

I think every strong woman in history has had to walk down a similar path, and I think it's the strength that causes the confusion and the fear.

Why is she strong?
Where does she get it from?
Where is she taking it?

Where is she going to use it?
Why do the public still support her?
When I say public, you go and do an engagement and there's a great many people there. "

The Legendary Luke Skywalker - Apparition-Chasing in The Last Jedi

" You think, what

I'm gonna walk out with a lasersword and face down the whole First Order..? "

The fact that The Machine in The Room can see  him, and is able to recognise  him means that he is Physically There (even though he actually is not), on that planet, like King Arthur, in The Rebellion's Darkest Hour of Need to perform one, last Miracle on The Field of Battle, and To Turn The Tide from his resting-place on the Isle of Avalon.

As is the fact that he was able to dekiver the dice from the cockpit of The Millenium Falcon - a pair of (unique)  physical objects - to His Sister Leia, Han's Widow :

DORIS:
Alistair, that was the Secretary General.

BRIGADIER:
Doris, I don't care if it was The King.

I'm still retired.

DORIS:
He said something about...
'The Doctor being back...' -

The Folly of Retirement &
False Resignation :
White Men and Obsolescence

Parzival, The Fool
[ A Rey of Hope ] :
We Need Your Help.
We Need The Jedi Order Back.
We need Luke Skywalker.

Master Skywalker :
You don't need Luke Skywalker

Parzival,
The Fool
Nepthys, The Dark Princess
[ A Rey of Hope ] :
Did you hear a word I just said? -

Master Skywalker :
You think, what?

I'm gonna walk out with a lasersword
and face down the whole First Order?

What did you think was going to happen here?

Do you think that I came...
To the most unfindable place in The Galaxy
for no reason at all..?

Go away.

Leia is The Hearth

That Boy is Our Last Hope...

No. There is Another.

No -  Not Leia : Leia's Son

When She Has One.

A Man's Gotta Do What a Man's Gotta Do.

But here’s the problem.

This is something my wife has pointed out, too. She said, ‘Well men are going to have to stand up for themselves.’

But here’s the problem.
I know how to stand up to a man who’s unfairly trespassing against me.

And the reason I know that is because the parameters for my resistance are quite well defined, which is: we talk, we argue, we push, and then it becomes physical

If we move beyond the boundaries of civil discourse, we know what the next step is.

That’s forbidden in discourse with women. And so I don’t think that men can control crazy women.

Camile Paglia:
Well I’ve seen - I don’t know if this crosses into other countries - that there’s a certain kind of taunting and teasing that men, that boys do with each other that toughens them, where they don’t take things seriously.

But a girl’s feelings become extremely hurt if she hears something that’s very tough, sarcastic against her.

So I do feel that there are profound differences between the sexes in terms of emotions, in terms of communication patterns.

My father used to say that he could never follow women’s conversations.

He said 'Women don’t even finish sentences',

[ Because they don't have to ]

that women understand immediately what the other woman is saying.

And women tend to be more interested in - or have been traditionally more interested in - soap operas. It’s not just that the women were home without jobs. It’s that honestly, I believe that soap opera does reflect, does mirror, the way women talk to each other.

These communication patterns have been built up through women - The World of Women, which. . . It made sense that there was a division of labor.

It wasn’t sexism against women that there was a division of labor.

The men went off to hunt and did the dangerous things.

The women stayed around The Hearth because you had pregnant women, nursing women, older women, that were cooking and so on.
So I feel that these communication patterns that we’re talking about have been built up over the centuries.

Men had to toughen each other to go out.

The hunting parties of Native Americans. . .
They could be gone for two weeks when the temperature was below zero.

Many of them died

[ Just as a lot of the women died in childbirth, too - that's equally dangerous ]

The idea that somehow. . .

‘Oh, any kind of separation of the sexes, or different spheres of the sexes, is inherently sexist’. . .

That is wrong.

Luckily we’ve been, what would you call, invaded by stupid terrorists instead of smart terrorists, because a smart terrorist could do an unbelievable amount of damage in a very short period of time.

And it’s just God’s good graces that that hasn’t happened yet.

Paglia:
What will happen is that it’s The Men. . .

The Men Will Reconstruct Civilization,
while The Women cower in the houses
and
Have The Men go out and do all The Dirty Work.

That’s what’s going to happen again

Only Men will bring civilization back again.
