JFK50: Rockerfeller Men
Golf, Race and Class: Don't Blame the Caddy
And as we’ve all seen, as President, he was just getting started. He doesn’t stop. He’s helped lead relief efforts after the Asian tsunami, Hurricane Katrina, the Haiti earthquake. His foundation and global initiative have helped to save or improve the lives of literally hundreds of millions of people. And, of course, I am most grateful for his patience during the endless travels of my Secretary of State. (Laughter.)
So I’m grateful, Bill, as well for the advice and counsel that you’ve offered me on and off the golf course. (Laughter.) And most importantly, for your lifesaving work around the world, which represents what’s the very best in America. So thank you so much, President Clinton. (Applause.)

JFK50: JFK - A Conspiracy Theory
Lee Harvey Oswald was your typical America-hating communist from Louisiana, and like every Russkie-loving pinko from the South he grew up watching American spy dramas, volunteered for a Civilian Air Patrol run by a CIA contract agent and joined the US Marines. Nicknamed Oswaldski for his tendency to speak Russian and spout pro-Soviet propaganda, he was given special training and assigned to one of the most sensitive facilities in the world running the radar for the U2s spying on the Russkies and the ChiComs. After contracting gonorrhea in the line of duty, Oswald was tested for Russian proficiency before being honorably discharged to take care of his mother who wasn’t ill and flew to Europe using money he didn’t have on planes that didn’t exist to arrive at Helsinki, where he stayed at the most luxurious hotel in town before waltzing into the Soviet Union at the height of the Cold War. While there he kept a detailed log of Soviet facilities, made notes about microdots, and carried a CIA standard-issue Minox camera, before getting bored and returning to the United States on a military jet using money loaned to him from the US Embassy.
After waltzing back into the United States after supposedly defecting to the enemy at the height of the Cold War he settled back in New Orleans where he appeared in radio and TV interviews, got into fistfights on the street and handed out leaflets from a pro-Castro Cuban group sharing office space with an ex-FBI agent involved in government-sponsored anti-Castro Cuban groups. Moving to Texas and befriending a millionaire Russian oil man who helped get him a job at the Texas School Book Depository, Oswald made sure to let his murderous intent be known by attempting to assassinate a right-wing general in the area thus potentially jeopardizing any plot to kill the President and sent vanity photos of himself posing with his rifle to his close friends.
Luckily, on the morning of November 22nd, Lee Harvey Oswald went to work in the School Book Depository where the President just happened to be driving by. After somehow getting the secret service to stand down before entering Dealey Plaza, Oswald set up a makeshift sniper’s nest he got off three shots in six seconds leaving four bullets without leaving any nitrate on his cheek (a feat that has never been duplicated), including one bullet that managed to cause seven entry/exit wounds (a feat that has never been duplicated) penetrating 15 inches of tissue, 4 inches of rib and a radius bone to come out in almost perfect condition on a stretcher in the hospital while no one was looking. He then ran downstairs and got himself a Coke from the vending machine within seconds of the assassination before heading home, grabbing his things, walking down the street, shooting a police officer, ducking into a movie theatre and waiting to be arrested. After jumping up and pulling his gun on the police officers who swarmed the theatre, he was led out the front door (or the back) and taken into police custody. There he was not charged with the murder of the president, and, like any America-hating communist grandstander who just killed the President of the United States in a pinko rage, denied he had anything to do with it. Before being transferred to county jail he was shot on live tv by a two-bit union mafia stooge, supposedly torn by grief at the death of the President (whose brother he personally hated), later claiming that it was part of a conspiracy the world will never know.
Luckily, the crusading journalists of the unbiased media told the public the straight truth about what happened.
Hoover wrote a memo that weekend demanding that the public be convinced that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone assassin, LBJ appointed a commission, telling Commissioner Warren that he had to find that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone assassin, and as luck would have it, that commission concluded exactly that.
This is the story of the JFK assassination as brought to you by the truth tellers in government and the media and if you have any questions about it you are a woo-woo, grassy-knoll, tin-foil, lizard-fearing America-hater.
If you love Jesus, sunshine, ponies, monster trucks, mini-skirts and the American flag, you will never ask any questions about any part of this story to anyone. Ever.
This message has been brought to you by the CIA, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Warren Commission, and the MSM.

Mayor Sawyer`s Strange Tolerance
Why The Reluctance To Denounce Haters?
Something about the Steve Cokely affair is puzzling to me.
It`s not that I find his bigoted invective surprising. It`s not that I`m offended by the lunacy of accusing Jewish doctors of injecting the AIDS virus into black schoolchildren. It`s not that Cokely maliciously slandered the late Mayor Harold Washington when he accused him of consulting Jewish advisers.
The puzzlement is that apparently Cokely has a constituency in the black community-or at least Mayor Eugene Sawyer and some aldermen perceive that he does.
One of Sawyer`s aides was quoted as saying the mayor is ``afraid of a revolt in the black community`` if he fires Cokely. And Ald. Robert Shaw (9th) said he has ``gotten a lot of calls from people in the community, and they`ve all been from folks who certainly seem to be pro-Steve Cokely.``
Even Ald. Danny Davis (29th), a reasonable man by all conventional standards, acknowledges that while Cokely`s statements ``are what one might call extremist,`` Cokely gives the mayor an important link to the ``black activist community.``
This is the same point at which I became confused when supporting Mayor Washington. During his last primary, he spoke to a Sunday morning meeting at K.A.M. Isaiah Israel, a liberal, activist Jewish congregation that counts among its members Ald. Lawrence Bloom (5th) and city planning commissioner Elizabeth Hollander. Much of Washington`s early support came from this Hyde Park Jewish community.
The meeting generally was hospitable, even affectionate. But the one sour note came when a member of the congregation, who lives across the street from Louis Farrakhan, again asked Mayor Washington why he wouldn`t denounce the Nation of Islam minister who dubbed Judaism a gutter religion. Washington mumbled (something he rarely did) that he was mayor of all Chicago, and not in the business of denouncing anyone.
His position hurt me then, and I find Sawyer`s reluctance to dismiss Cokely equally painful.
If Harold Washington and Eugene Sawyer and Danny Davis think there`s a
``black activist`` community whose support they cherish, then Chicago has more racial problems than I thought.
What kind of black activist community thinks it`s okay to spew anti-Semitic invective, to preach religious hatred, to criticize black leaders who have Jews among their advisers?
I became politically aware in the days when a black activist was someone who refused to ride on the back of the bus, who integrated lunch counters, who demanded jobs and equal opportunities for all.
I marched with my black friends in the university when they demanded a program of Afro-American studies, a meeting place for black students, more black faculty and more black admissions.
None of those black activists felt the need to make hate a part of their message of black empowerment.
Many in the Jewish community spoke out early and passionately when the civil rights movement was young. Perhaps the time has come for our black friends to support us, to show their leaders that they can succeed without the support of the haters.

Rethinking John Lennon’s Assassination - The FBI’s War on Rock Stars, by Salvador Astucia
PART II: THE BUREAU
Chapter 4: FBI Surveillance on the Internet
The Internet Police
http://www.jfkmontreal.com/john_lennon/Chapter04.htm
The Internet Police
In the spring of 2003, I began posting my findings about John Lennon’s murder on an Internet discussion forum about the Beatles: rec.music.beatles. A few people responded in a civilized manner, but overall, the response was vitriolic, demented, vulgar, and sadistic. The participants on rec.music.beatles quickly became more interested in learning and publicizing my true identity than responding to my research. Their message was clear and uniform: Stop discussing Lennon’s murder! This reaction was not entirely unexpected. Over the past six years, I have posted political and historical commentary on numerous Internet discussion forums and typically I get similar reactions when posting controversial articles. Having stated that, the loathsome comments I received from individuals on rec.music.beatles in response to my Lennon articles stands out in comparison to other discussion forums. Usually I post to serious, political forums, so a degree of nastiness is expected. Why would I be greeted with such rudeness from an overtly light-hearted forum? It’s the Beatles, after all, so why all the fuss? Because the Beatles’ leader, John Lennon, was one of the most politically active and highly influential voices in the tumultuous Sixties.
Surprisingly, the most viscous and vulgar comments I received from rec.music.beatles dealt with a lapse in Lennon’s security on the night he was killed. The discussion centered around Jose Perdomo, the security guard tasked to protect the iron-gate entrance of the Dakota on the night Lennon was killed. As previously stated, Perdomo was an anti-Castro Cuban, a group with strong ties to the US intelligence community since the failed Bay of Pigs invasion in 1961. On June 17, 2003, I started a discussion thread entitled Jose Perdomo, doorman or security guard? It was a spin-off from another discussion between Derek Larsson and someone named Cromwell. Derek wrote: "There also seems to be a profound lack of security provided by doorman Jose Perdomo - whose job it was to protect all tenants (several of them celebrities) from strangers and hangers-on and who was the only ‘eye-witness’ to the shooting. His background needs to be investigated." Cromwell replied: "He was a doorman NOT A BODYGUARD." I disagreed: "‘Doorman’ is a misleading title," I remarked. "The doorman at the Dakota is a glorified security guard. I know because I've been there. I talked to one of the doormen. He was definitely security…The word ‘doorman’ suggests he is a bellhop. I'm not even sure if doorman is a genuine title or something the media created. The doorman does not stand by a door, he stands at the entrance of the Dakota. The entrance is about 15 feet wide with iron gates on both sides, but the gates are normally open. Derek is correct in stating that Jose Perdomo's job was to protect the tenants."
The Internet police immediately launched an assault to thwart the security-related discussion. Someone using the screen name Tna Yzarc re-titled the thread "Salvatorwriter, asshole, bumboy, neo-nazi or security guard?" I responded by changing it back to the original title and recited the poem If by Rudyard Kipling. Tna Yzarc retitled it "Salvadorwriter, moron or murderer?" I continued changing the title back and reciting If a bit more. Tna Yzarc changed the titled to "Salvadorwriter FUCK OFF AND STOP SPAMMING YOU ASSHOLE."
Tna Yzarc then wrote the following extremely vulgar comment: "I think you're a pathetic stupid cunt and you should go back to fucking your mom." Someone named Jim sarcastically replied, "Wow - what a CLEVER response!!" Black Monk replied, "You think Sally deserves better?" Charlie Gauger (aka, Mister Charlie) remarked, "Hey, it works for me." Susan added, "A bit crude, but it works." Charlie Gauger (aka, Mister Charlie) added the following insults: "Of course, like a dog returning to its own vomit Sal comes back yet again." Someone called "Ehtue" complimented Charlie Gauger on his word choice: "What a turn of phrase! I'll steal that one for sure some time in the future! Somewhere, somehow." Fourteen sample messages in the cited discussion thread about Jose Perdomo are provided in Appendix K. (See messages 56 through 69.)
This was a thoroughly despicable display, but it was quite revealing. It was not merely a few cranks blowing off steam. The discussion itself was not political or even controversial in nature. It was politically neutral, a discussion about the crime scene where John Lennon was murdered and a probable lapse in security when the crime occurred. This is the type of information prosecutors need to bring guilty parties to justice. The ensuing assault on me was clearly a joint effort by several people, probably sponsored by the FBI, paid for by the American tax payer. To my knowledge, the topic of FBI activity on Internet discussion forums has never been discussed seriously in any book. I shall attempt to do that now, and I shall use my discussions on Beatles newsgroup, rec.music.beatles, as a case study for observing FBI activity across the entire Usenet community."
